I’ve been searching the forums on here and cant seem to find this topic. So I’m trying to find out, when is the best time to buy pellets?

They just had a huge one day sale locally at a hardware store. It's an annual thing. Cleanburn doug fir pellets for 180$ is the rumor. I saw lots of trucks driving around with wrapped tons in the bed.

buy before you need. A few bucks off won't do much if your house gets cold. I'm loading up this weekend, but I have enough to get started left over from last year.

Looks like TSC is having $25 off of a ton right now. They have some pellets for 3.39 a bag so that’s roughly $170 a ton before taxes and before the $25 off

Costco usually has them in the fall, but you have to ask for them, they are not on display.

Buy when they are on sale
When you see them on sale buy
If you wait and check prices when
you go back to buy they will be gone

We buy them every week, sometimes twice per week a few bags at a time. The wife brings them home from work at cost.

Best time to buy is when they are on sale, usually when you don't need them.If you need them now then this is the best time to buy.I recommend Somerset as they are a local product for you and a very good pellet.
