I have an Englabder Pellet stove, model 25-PDVC. It was working fine last year when I shut it down for the warmer months. When I went to start it up this year, I found that I had a bad vacuum hose and switch, so I replaced them. Now the stove will not light. The igniter glows with no problem, I have checked to see that it is getting air, I can not find any reason why it will not light up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you getting an E2 error reading? Are the pellets feeding from the auger? If so, try a gel to start the pellets rather than using the igniter.
Yes, I was getting an E2 error code. The pellets were feeding fine, but they just weren't lighting. I used a gel an manually got it lit, but now it isn't feeding correctly. It is very sporadic. The fire almost dies out before more pellets are dumped in, then it will eventually flare up and burn. Then it will start dying out until more pellets are dumped in.

Push the bottom left button "low burn air" and see what the number reads in the blower speed display. If it's anything other than 6 then push the up or down buttons until it reads 6. Do the same for low burn air which should be 4 and then air on temp which should be 1.

I have managed to light it manually, but it still is acting funny. It doesn't put off as much heat as it used to. It will flare up and burn then it will slowly die back down. Then just when you think it has died to far, it flares back up again.

Using the same pellets? Checked all the vac hoses for cracks, crumbly ends? Sometimes pellets get locked up in the hopper, this can cause it to stop feeding pellets, check the restrictor plate in the hopper, make sure it's at least half way open, if the pellets that you are feeding it are long they can cause a 'bridge' and starve the stove of fuel to burn.

Did you verify the bottom numbers like I stated in the comment above? If they are out of range you'll exhibit everything you're dealing with now!
The pellets are moving through with no problem. As for the lower numbers I have set them as suggested. It still doesn't act right. It puts off heat, just not a lot.

What is your feed rate and fan settings (top 2 numbers).
At lower feed rates, only a small amount of pellets are fed to the burnpot. They will burn off, then when it is about to go out more pellets are fed into burnpot, thus it flares up.
Adjusting the 'restrictor plate' in the bottom of the hopper will help with this (more pellets fed)
If the feed rate is set to 1 or 2, adjusting the bottom numbers will help with this also.
