help choosing

i want to retire my older quadra fire I1100. I am trying to choose between a st croix york, or a lennox winslow p140. both are used stoves. anyone have any feedback.

no, not at all, it is a great stove. However, i want a unit that has adjustable feed & blower. The quadra fire runs great, but it is all on, or nothing.

Mine is on a thermostat. More control i can understand though.

I love my St Croix. Simple to maintain, simple to clean after you learn how, very dependable. It can heat most of a 2400 square foot cape.
