Installed King Stove Model 5502 M with through the wall 4" vent pipe. stove starts then smokes out the house . Smoke pours out of room fan louvers and up through augger feed ramp into hopper. exhaust fan is set at auto , Heat range 2. ant help appreciated.

Was it installed according to the manual specifications ? I ask because the last time I saw someone with this problem with a King, it was not installed according to manual specifications. The venting was far too long and had a really long horizontal run as well and no outside air intake. Besides that it was a basement install just asking for negative draft with the arrangement he had. But that was him, I'm just asking you.

Incidentally, there is a USSC Trouble shooting sticky at the top of the pellet forum page. You might read through that till some other people respond.

That was just last season, wasn't it?

Questions for the OP. Is the stove new? Which control panel does it have?

Yes, last season . If I recall right, the photos were at the very least " telling" LOL ! But that could have been somewhere else, it was a King though..

I didn't even think of the burn in Bob mentioned, wow I'm slipping bad.
