My ravelli Francesca keeps clumping pellets in burn pot. I have the pellet feed on 2 and air on - 2.

Are you burning a new pellet, and your air seems low. My settings are pellet feed all the way down and my air is +2

I was actually a little off on what I said my settings are so I snapped a pic, These settings work for the pellets I burn( all hardwoods ) but may not for what your burning.

some pellets are going to leave a deposit regardless of what settings you have the stove set at do to the products with in those pellets. Softwood pellets seem to be much less likely too leave the deposit. but you pay for that with the softwood premium. Personally I just hit the burnpot once a day with the scraper and done.

The pellets I'm currently burning are AWF hardwoods they have a lot of smaller pellets in the bag that's why the pellet setting is so low, with longer pellets that setting will be bumped up a bit, the flow setting I never need to change.

Do you mean pellet feed at +1 and air at +2?

I will check my Francesca settings, but I run it pretty lean on pellets with ample air. Might be 1 feed 2 air. Anyway I use only high quality softwood pellets. Never have any clumping and virtually no ash stays in the burn pot. This is my second season with this stove.
