Is the height of different pellet stove outlet vents different?

well since you cant exactly cut these 1ft sections of double walled pellet stoves, if I get a different pellet stove and the height of the outlet for venting is say 4” higher then my last one what will my options be. Thanks
 
Lay 4" of patio stone on your hearth and set your stove on it. They're all different.
 
If the vent on the stove is higher then your current exhaust the best option is to move the pipe to the correct height, if it's lower you could build up the hearth.
 
I assume from the OPs post, he's going straight out from the stove. If the stove outlet and the thimble heights are different... adjustable length pipes won't help.
In that case you fill the old hole and cut a new one You can or
should not vent stove pipe down !! No natural draft

His set up goes up 3-4 feet before it exits the structure. So an adjustable pipe will work
 
they make adjustable elbows as well. Same style you can get for heat duct runs
