Two different control boards, 120 volts on heater leads. Two different igniters, both check high 40s ohms, glow red when plugged into outlet. Stove runs great when lighting in the manual mode, runs great in auto mode when lite manually. Burn pot is clean, all holes are clean, stove is pulled and cleaned every ton. About half a ton run since last major cleaning. Started igniting slower and slower now not at all. At wits end.

I'd check a few things. Is there good combustion air? The flame should dance really well when it's burning. You've tried another igniter so I'm assuming the area under the burn pot has been cleaned out. Are the pellets damp? How long did you wait? On occasion it's taken my stove nearly 20 minutes to light. It is possible you have 2 weak igniters.

Make sure the area under the burn pot, where the igniter is, is really clean. Mine was struggling until I gave it a solid going over.

Had the same issue with a newly installed 52i. Took 20 min to ignite and after a few burns would not. Needed to keep cleaning under the burn pot even though there was not much ash.
Changed the control board dip switch settings of # 1,2,3 to off, off,on (-21 sec) which controls the amount of pellets augured into the burn pot.
Ignites fast in under 5 min and have not had to worry about cleaning under the pot so often. It seemed before there were just too many pellets causing the initial ignition to smother. I to was worried about the igniter etc. Now starts up great!

Dip switches have always been set off ,off ,on when first turning on stove in auto does not feed enough pellets to reach holes in burn pot. Starting to lean toward gaskets?

My 52i default was OFF,OFF,OFF which gave too many pellets. Lost my chart but do a search and you will find the dip settings for various models.
Looks like you may have to increase feed rate.

Just to clarify. I am speaking about the dip switches behind the control panel mother board when pulled off.
