help with kozy olivia pellet/corn stove

I'm not sure what's going on with the pellet stove,the burn pot overflows after couple hours. The air intake is clean. Nothing interfering,the door seal it's in perfect condition. I did the bill test. The stove has 5 levels of heating. Ii always have the stove on level 1, with the damper adjusted on 1/2 and it's still not burning all through the pellets. Looks like it's not receiving enough air in the burn pot. Here is the deal,I f I open the ash pan door the pellets burn completely and I don't have overflow and lazy flame, & when I close the ash pan door the pellets overflow and don't burn completely.

Do a Deep cleaning from intake to exhaust
There is a blockage somewhere (full of ash)

Sounds like it needs the leaf blower trick with an air compressor in the front end.
Disconnect the vacuum switch to protect it.
If that does not work then a new exhaust blower may do the trick

Been a long winter I would guess your exh system is plugged someplace.

I just replace the exhaust fan and remove all the ash pan components,and I already did a very deep clean on all the pipes,but still not burning correctly.

Getting into basics a good fire needs fuel and air plus a exhaust exit. so if you cleaned the stove entirely but when you open the ash drawer and it burns good tells me you found your problem. Your stove is drawing air from the opening of the ash drawer. meaning you have blockage in your fresh air system . Do you draw air from outside the house? If so look for bird nest or snow plugging the fresh air source. Maybe there is a type of adjustment that increases or decreases the air flo that gets into the stove. These are generic suggestions but on a Bixby with the same problem I have seen bird nest in the incoming fresh air pipe, also mud dauber wasp nest in fresh air pipes.

the stove have 2 inch inside air intake pipe,but its clean and I have nothing blocking the fresh air,I own a kozy 100xl before and have no problem with that stove,I just upgrade from one more new because i think if it's the same brand,probably will be a good pellet stove, but I have everything cleaned,air I take pipe,exhaust fan replaced,door gasket replaced,interior chamber cleaned,4 inch smoke pipe cleaned.

Did you try blowing out the stove with an air compressor?

looks like the previous owner make a hole with a welder trying to get fresh air to the burn pot.

Looks like that hole was made instead of fixing the real problem.
Did you clean the combustion Passageway like it states in the pic below and also Page 13 of your manual also attached in PDF form below here,
Also check your damper setting. see manual below page 9

yes I cleaned,I have the operational manual,and I try close that hole with a heating tape,but still not working.
