Piece of wood, on the 90's of this is see through sap formations... how stable can this be?

What do you mean by stable? For construction or building purposes? The pitch will harden over time. It is high in oils and resins and will burn quite readily.

It's for canvas building, art - painting...linen -cotton, etc. covers around the edge...over all figure it will end up like swiss cheese, I think it will suck in, and it probably would get a sheen of sap mixed with wood in a tightened formation by the time it hits the wood...but not stay solid,...general wood question :)

Interesting forum site to have about wood burning stoves and stuff....
 
from a structural standpoint - that wood not pass

Agreed I wood not use it fir that purpose. It will make great fire starting sticks.
