Clearance for VC Resolute 1979

Im looking for the clearance for the top of the stove, but i dont find it in the manual that was online.

Anyone can help ?

If that is your setup i can see lots of clearance issues more pressing than the top clearance
 
That is a Resolute III, the last one before the Resolute Acclaim which would date it to the mid-80s. The 1979 date on the fireback is just a casting mold date.

The only top clearance listed for this stove is in the fireplace install diagram in which it lists the stove top to mantel clearance minimum of 36".

If the stovepipe is more than 18" away from the stairs then it looks ok to me, but it's good to verify clearances with the manual specs. I have fond memories of that stove.
