Lots of good inforation here. Using the test from the manual, I found that my igniter board is bad. Any idea where I can find one? Thanks.
Try E Bay or Amazon. Buy the metal ones as they last a lot longer then the ceramic ones

Currently have one of each, might get another stainless one if I can get this thing running right. What size are the convection fan bearings? Looks like the skateboard bearings are 8mm ID x 22mm OD, but i'm planning on buying better quality ones. Thanks!

I tried buying on E-Bay and Amazon neither lasted very long. So last time I went to electric motor repair business and bought from them. 4 years now and still humming along. I found out later that there is a shelf life for bearings so buying on E Bay maybe was outdated bearings. typically when you remove the bearings one will be wrecked and the other in good shape so take the good one to a motor repair shop and get two good ones or simply give them the motor and have them replace the bearings. I don't have a bearing box with me now but I will write the number down next time I am in the shop.
To remove the convection fan remove wires from control boards and wing nuts. Then tilt it back so it is out of the way. Then there is four screws two on each side. Worst one is behind that round exh pipe. Easy to remove but it will try your patience putting it back in. I put some grease in the socket to help hold it in while you are getting it started.
If you plan on replacing the bearings your self you will find a metal cap on the motor. remove that then there is a couple expansion pieces you will need to remove. They will slip and go flying away so be aware of that. On a good day it isn't a bad job but normally it will make me talk to myself a couple of times.

Sorry, thought you were talking about the igniters. Is 8mm and 22mm the right size? Local electric motor repair shop has them for around $5 each.
