I have access to all the pallet s i could ever want. Is it safe to use them for kindling. The are 90% pine

Mix em in with your wood for a clean burn if you have a lot.

In the past I’ve burned cords of nothing but pallet wood for the shoulder seasons. It’s wood the same as any other and is usually nice and dry. After a few pickup loads you’ll get good at bucking them up with the chainsaw.

I bought a pallet buster one year and made easy work of pallets

If you mean safe for the stove, if it's a noncat it's okay. Stay away from salt pallets, which tend to sit in salty puddles and soak up salt. That's bad for any stove.

Safe for you? Avoid burning paint, galvanized stuff, and pressure treated wood. I've seen the occasional PT board on a repaired pallet, but a whole lot of them have paint and galvanized nails.

Make sure if you burn a lot of them that you dispose of the ash preferably to landfill. Galvanized nails can have lot of lead in them, definitely don't use them for garden.

Yes, as long as they are heat treated pallets they are good to burn.

Will burn super hot since they are so dry, so be careful not to throw to much in.

Yes, non treated pallets are your friend.

As long as the pine is dry, no problem.
