Hello! My pull out pfister faucet is leaking at the quick connection (see pictures). The website says to pinch blue tabs and pull down. I’ve done that (even with Needle-nosed pliers) and it will not budge.
Any advice on how to get this disconnected to see where/why there is a leak. It’s only 7 months old.

thanks!

So its leaking from that line with the blue tabs? Is that for the sprayer? Try pushing the 2 ends together before squeezing the blue tabs, then pull apart.

Yes, it is leaking from that line and I believe it is the sprayer line. I've tried squeezing the tabs and pulling, pushing the sprayer line up, then squeezing and pulling. Nothing is working for me.

Supposed to be able to squeeze the blue tabs with your fingers and pull and it comes apart. Not much more i can think of w/o being there.

Try a little squirt of lube in their and then try.. may have to twist and pull at the same time... If its only 6 months old im thinking it would still be under warranty take it back and exchange... Thats why everything i buy is lifetime if i have issues i just take it back

I put in a Price-Pfister forever faucet in our kitchen a couple of decades ago. Every few years it needed repair. They would send me out a new one, but after repairing and then replacing the faucet twice, I pulled it out and installed a Moen "forever" warranted faucet. That went a bit longer, but every 4 yrs or so it needed a cartridge replacement. In the meantime, in the upstairs bathroom, we have all ceramic faucets and shower control and I have not touched them since they were installed 17 yrs ago. About 34yrs ago I pulled the Moen and replaced it with a ceramic (washerless) faucet. It's been trouble-free. I will never install another washer or o-ring faucet again.

don't know if you tried this but make sure when you are trying to get that apart you have the faucet in the on position to let out the pressure
