We just recently installed Econo burn wood boiler and we keep getting an alarm that goes off. Not sure why this alarm goes off and looking for suggestions as when we call the tech center they don’t help. Very poor operational manual came with the boiler

Hmmm i haven't had any alarms since i went to the new controller
Can you post a picture of you controller?
The install went well? All pressure tested and air removed?
Are you running storage with the boiler? Could you also post some pictures of your piping and other parts of the system?
More info will help getting help on your issue.

No storage with boiler. We seem to get slot of air. Also our plumber has set the damper temp to 375 but the books say 700

It looks like the controller has been updated again, compared to the one i have.
So sorry i can not help.
If you do add storage you should add shutoff and flush valves on your heat exchanger so it can be cleaned without dismantaling your system.
