Busy week borrowed my buddies splitter for the week. Everything was in rounds had to hand split the big ones to be able to manage them just glad 50% split like the last pic

Found some items in it the local historical society said date it between 1890 and 1900 county has the house built in 1901.... the barn needs some repair the sandstone is crumbling but i am working on saving it. This pin/red oaf would split the outside 4 inches off the heart wood made real nice square splits. Easy to stack easy to load
