Hello, my Quadra Fire Mt Vernon (pellet insert) shut down with a "convection blower jam" error code. I pulled out the blower assembly and it was fine. When I removed the control board I found the male & female end of the 3-wire convection blower wire harness burnt out. I attached 2 pictures. It seems like overkill to spend $600 on a new board when just a connector is bad. Has anyone had a similar issue and had any luck replacing the connector/harness? Or possibly soldering the wires from the blower directly to the board? Another connector on the board (marked Neutral Line) shows signs that it was heating up too. Picture attached. This 2-wire connector has identical harnesses on either end and plugs into the power unit. It still function but I prefer to replace this before it goes out altogether. Anyone have a problem with this connector?

Its made by molex. You’ll have to research the right one but digikey or mouser or molex themselves have or can get them. I would be more concerned with the “Why” there is excessive current going through them to get hot.

Thanks for the tip on where to look for the molex harness. I already checked my local supply shop and they didn't have a match. Usually when harnesses burn like this it is because the pin connections inside get loose and the current arcs, heating the metal pins and melting the plastic harness. That seems to be the case here. Poorly constructed hardware on part of Quadra-Fire. I've seen pictures of similar units with way more damage from heating up. I got lucky in that respect but I refuse to spend $600 on a new board for a $5 fix.
