Seems a little out there, as a electrical utility worker and an appointed engineer planner, I went through all the new 5g proposals / training a few years ago and have made the determination that there is a risk to a utility worker, working within 5ft of an active antenna repeater, but the actual radio frequencies that are transmitted and pose a danger are diminished +8ft from the antenna. In other words the exposure to microwaves from holding a cell phone, or cordless phone to your head are more dangerous then acute exposure from a 5g repeater antenna thats installed 30ft in the air when your standing on the ground.
Today, it's very hard to difference the good from the bad, **Humans** ( many times a too nice word for what it is...), are perfect animals to achive theirs goals = Money, Power, Recognition, and ALL, yes ALL can be done to get there.
But fortunately, some humans still good ones. Keep on the good work as you did and all will be fine. If not, we will give you our address !

Thanks for the replies and for now I am going to work with this and find out ways to shield my home from this 5 G...Kennyp 2339 your response is just not adequate and stay in my house especially overnight for a week and you will have a very different attitude--experienced electrical utility worker or not and for now it does not affect you but sleep with that buzzing whole vibrating noise all night and all day and never having quiet and never having relief from it...So keep getting kudos from your fellow forum poster and denigrate what I am trying to say and warn you all so start fighting it now in your committee's and townships or whatever...because it is coming to your front door whether you like it or not--eventually--someone would make some money having a 5 G Free Community...In the meanwhile I am going to start a new thread to discuss this aspect of life further....Right now I am checking out the 5 G defensive paint so I can begin my war to make my home safer so that I can enjoy my beautiful stove...The first thing I need to do now is buy a meter that tells me whats happening in my home for I am just too old to move and most likely fighting my last battle---but you people have children do research and see what I am saying is true .I am starting a new thread now with the appropriate name....Thanks N....clancey

Your G5 *war* and all those things supposed to make the life better is certainly better than all the wars around the world. For the health of peoples , governments don't have money but for the military expenses they can find it without trouble, billions and more are there, and it's that way since long long times. All those innovations seem to make the world advanced in the technology area but many more important things to make the world beter are relayed to the second place or simply ignored!
That's exactly how it is and so sad for the future but these young ones will have to learn to fight their own battles for we are on our way out and did our duty already..but we can still talk about it and suggest things and it does seem to deaf ears...Life continues The other thread is where we might be able to talk about a few things along this line...thanks --appreciate--clancey

That made me feel much better...I bought a pair of ear plugs for night time and they do help and lower the buzz but the problem is it vibrates your whole body kind of a real low type of massage chair without the massage if you can duplicate this--terrible--it rings right through you body..Maybe that's why they have all those advertisements for "tinnitus ear problems''--probably making a fortune-lol lol..Here I go "Philosophy now" A person fixes their homes up all their life so they can enjoy it with their family when they retire and everything is about caught up---then one morning for three days they work on the water pipes and the morning they leave you discover there is a 5 G Pole almost right in front of your house that they disguised as a light poie. Its like a family working all their lives to build up something for their kids maybe a business or nice home and then as they get older they discover their kids don't want anything to do with the business or the things they have collected.. Its Verizon and AT and T who are putting it in and as far as rules go they have right of way and can put it anywhere they want to as far as I know.. I am writing a complaint now and it sure looks like someone already tampered with the plate and the wires are exposed and this is about 25 or 30 feet from my house with a large concrete pad as well as three or four holes covered up with metal plates in the front of my house in the street curve where I park..---just terrible--and I thought it was the water dept. working on the water piping and gave the three men a coke because it was hot outside---I want soda back--lol lol...I am writing a complaint now but it won;t do anything..I have some pictures that I will try to put on here...That last picture is actually a 5G light pole with my tree branch in front of it making it more weird than it is...lol--My tree doesn't even like it...clancey

You do realize all of these concerns have been around for a long time. People were worried about radio waves then tv signal then microwave ovens then wireless phones then cell phones etc. They all turned into nothing. I am also very suspicious of sources that are clearly pushing products to fix the "problem".

I watched a documentary of the origins of country music, super cool show. There was a part of it that talked about the old radio stations before broadcast strength was regulated, wow, lol, said some people close enough could hear the broadcast from the fillings in they’re teeth or if they grabbed a fence. I’ve also had training on 5G and we have to have them shut down before we can work near them. It’s been a year or 2 but I think it’s 35’ where it can become unsafe. Tinfoil is a joke. I remember going int a crazy guys place that lined his whole house with it and I was being a smart arss and made a cell phone call.
But but but it only blocks the parts that hurt you. The signal still works perfectly fine. Lol

Don’t get me wrong, I definitely wouldn’t want one of those 5G things blasting any where near my home. I totally get the concern. I’m blown away that they were given permission to install those things
They were given permission because they have been tested extensively and found to be safe.

Keep in mind though that at any given second, there’s rf in the air from cell, satellite, am fm. Pretty tough to get away from it. If you have a wifi router in your home, it’s pumping out 2.4 and 5ghz and then throw in some repeaters and you probably are engulfed in it
Nealm66--read the before post so that you understand what I am posting to you right now...You have the right attitude--lol lol...With seriousness here they did this almost overnight and never said a word and right now the plate is half on and the repair people where working on the pole yesterday--my neighbor told me when I asked if he can feel a buzzing and hear it and he said "No" because he is half deaf but also he told me he is now having "ear problems and eyes that are more dry than usual"...The thing is right in front of his house and he is 72 years old and a nice man retired.. If you saw the big one down the street "hid" in a church parking lot to where it is hard to see but so so ugly--I will take a picture of that ugly looking things and it is two blocks away and the church is a very very old one with recognition as some kind of a landmark but other church people organizations now rent it to use at times..When I get time I will take that picture...ugly...Bholler --they just one day shoved it into our neighborhood without a word--put it in under roofs and city trash cans and light poles and all sorts of things to disguise it so that it blends in but those big towers are real big and so so ugly I will try to get a picture soon of one of those...clancey

Well, I have a 2-3 devices I can use to detect 5G or LTE broadcast strength. If you have ever ran your own coax for cable tv, you probably have yourself a dam good helping of the same frequency.
Electric wires poles etc are ugly we are just used to them. I would be thrilled if they did something to improve our internet access here no matter what it looked like.
