Got a new Lopi AGP insert last month. Ran the stove for about an hour after first installed and it worked fine. Last night we ran the stove for a few hours and then hit the stop button and went to bed after it shut down. This morning when trying to get the stove to light again pushing the start button does nothing. If I unplug and plug the stove back in the stop button red light comes on and I think its the exhaust blower comes on for about 15 mins. After this the light goes out and the stove will do nothing again when you try and push the start button. The dealer we got the stove from is closed until tomorrow so just trying to figure it out before I can contact them.

Sorry. I'm experiencing similar issues. I had a Lopi Radiant plus installed 9/1/2021. Used it 3 times in 10 days before it quit. Took the dealer 5 weeks to get a technician out. He admitted that the gas valve has a high failure rate and is in short supply. Another 3 weeks passed before it was repaired. Took almost 4 hours to disassemble and reassemble. Now 4 days later it only runs 35 min. before quitting. I asked the dealer about extending the warranty a couple of months since it was inoperable during that time. Didn't even get as much as a laugh.
Have a look at Yelp reviews for these appliances and you'll see that we are not alone. The only suggestion would be to replace the batteries. My unit will not work w/o batteries even while plugged into the mains. Wishing you good luck.

His is a pellet stove, not gas. Perhaps a mod can move this over to the gas forum. There are many well pleased LOPI pellet stove owners out there. And sounds like you have more of a dealer problem.

Think I'd try a manual start with a handfull of pellets in the pot and a spritz of hand sanitizer on top of the pellets (hand sanitizer and pellet starter) are one in the same, just hand sanitizer has a scent to it. Put the pellets in the pot, hand sanitizer and light it, close the door and push start.
