I have a 2006 Harman Accentra Insert that has worked beautifully for me. I typically do a full cleaning after every ton. At the end of last season, I must have been distracted because I didn't do a full cleaning. Fast forward six months. I did a full cleaning before firing up the stove. I made sure the igniter area was clean of fines. I cleaned the side areas to the best of my ability with the long thin bristle brush and vacuumed everything that came out.
She ignited right up. I set her on stove temp, as usual. The issue is my feed rate has to be at 6 to maintain a flame. Additionally, the blower is very loud and the flame sits in the very back of the burn pot. I am used to sparks dancing around at ignition, but now it happens constantly. In an effort to fix the issue, I replaced the gasket around the door. It was definitely compromised because I found ash on the outside of the stove. That did not fix the flame issue. I made sure the probe was in good shape. It is. One odd thing...I was going to try the stove on Room Temp and I discovered my room temp sensor was damaged. I think my cat chewed on it. I'm uploading a video. It is producing good heat, but I know this isn't the way this stove typically burns. Any help is much appreciated.
