Buying Home. Trying to find information on wood stove model.

Hi All,
I am new to the forum. We are buying a home. We signed all the closing paperwork yesterday, but the sellers need the weekend to move their last few items.
We did our last walk through today. The house was built in 1989 as well.
We are so excited to have a wood stove again as it's what we are both accustomed to. I took a picture of the wood stove that's there now, but cannot find any information really. No manuals. Nothing. Hoping someone knows what it is. I will attach the pictures I took.

Yes, it's a Fabco. We are looking for any kind of model. Manual. Looks like they were bought out from the reading I've done.
