Hi, just saw this picture and was thinking about a similar set up for a VC Encore. It looks like your VC is pushed a little 'into' the fire place and I don' see a vertical straight pipe so did you go in 90 degrees? Did you have to modify anything to get it to fit? In my case I might have to cut the legs 1-2" to make it work.

The pipe goes in at 90 degrees, the back of the stove is not pushed under, but is just exactly in front of the stone wall. No modifications needed, but it’s a smaller stove than the encore and needs smaller wood cut.
