Older insert, Country Flame ..Trying to identify model so can get correct gaskets and a manual to burn efficiently..any assistance appreciated!

Your Country Flame insert looks to be a model B-26. I bought a new one just like yours in 1991. It's a great quality wood burner. I believe they are out of business, the address in my owners manual is Country Flame Inc., P.O. Box 151, Mt. Vernon, Missouri 65712
