What would be a better companion to the MS211; the 359 Husky or the MS441? This would be for processing downed trees that may be up to 36 inch caliber

I wouldn't be real excited about tackling 36" trees with a 60cc...... so the 441 is my vote.

372XP,288XP,or 390XP

441 should hang.

Yep, or a 660 if you want a Stihl. A C

441 will run the big bars. I too like the MS660 route if most of that wood is around 30-60".

Trees that big, go for some big cc's. 359 will get the job done but thats a big job for a 60cc saw.

372XP, MS441 or 660. Dolkita 6401 with a BB kit.

I thought we could only choose a 359 or a 441 lol. I'd get a 390XP/395XP or a 660 for those trees.

36 is childs pay! 441/460/372 with a real chain is more than enough. Heres a 44inch red with a 460!

What he said ^

Also, the 372XP is the saw most comparable to the 441. But I still vote 441. Or, better yet, 440.

I was to check on a CL 441 that I had an agreed on price of 500 for. Bad weather combined with long ride and a late day and it did not happen. Think the saw is gone now too. I had first dibs but the seller and my schedule did not match today. All things for a reason. Just have to keep buckin' with the 359.

All saws mentioned are good saws but the 7900 is kinda in a place all its own and it very well suited to anything over 24". A 7900 loves to wear a 28" bar and can rock it.

Good point, cuz the 441 really struggles with a 28" bar.
