cool. or hot I guess.

......and I think a Mac with OS X 10.6.8

NICE! He should upgrade to the new 10.8.2 Mountain Lion OS....only about $21 on Apple website. It upgrades Safari and much more. :)

BTW, great stove burning pics.....love the "hanging" flame in the 1st one.

Thanks, What does the OS (opersating system?) X10.6.8 mean?

Seems like a nice DSLR!!

X10.6.8 is the software version number.

Remember Version 1 never works because of all the bugs people find when it is used out in the field for the first time. LOL ! ! !

Now I have to pull my camera out to see how I can do! Those are really great!!! Well done!

Now your gonna make me get my Wife's camera out. I just don't know how to use it :(

Its not an EOS Rebel (very nice camera). But for what my Wife uses it for, it gets the job done.

Then there is my little Nikon :( Cant hardly use it either. I just stick to the camera on my phone :(

It's the 12.2, which is plenty, unless you're going to make poster-size prints. I went for this model, in part, because it was packaged with a 50-250 zoom lens with image stabilization. The IS works very well!

I'm not very impressed with the software that came with the camera, my IPhoto does about as much, and is much easier for me to use.

I especially like the very short recovery time for the flash. My old camera took a long time to recycle, and I lost some good shots because the flash wasn't ready.

It also takes HD movies, which I am not interested in, but many people are.

I think it's well worth the money, but shop around, there are deals available.
