Went out today with a couple buddies and dropped 2 nice cherries and a beech and a maple. I was smiling ear to ear all afternoon bucking up those beauty salmon rounds!! Cheers.

Nice FB.....some of the best smelling wood when burning in my opinion and not to bad when splitting. I like cherry.

Fantastic! Cherry is my favorite wood, burns good smells great, easy to split, and dries fairly quick. Always love to add some to the stacks.

Ditto all the above...nice work! Cherry is hard to find out here in OR, but I've had some and really like it.

Thanks for all the comments guys, can't wait to split them up and prepare for ignition!!!

I like cherry in the stack. Good burning, great smelling stuff. It could be my imagination, but I think it tends to leave quite a bit of ash after the burn.

It burns to a fine powder but more than some other types.
