Jonathan Winters passed away today at 87. What a wonderfully gifted nutcase he was. A master of Improvisation & mayhem whose talents will never be equalled. Thank you for Maude Frickert & Elwood P. Suggs & a million laughs, Mr. Winters, may you continue to tear up the next level...

Loved him.

An icon.

Must be well before my time (child of the 80s), have never heard of him.

He made me laugh as a kid. I can vaguely remember watching some of the Dean Martin roasts and he was a regular on that show. Pretty sure he did some stuff on the Carol Burnett show as well. He was a funny dude for sure....

RIP Jonathan......

Anyone remember "Its a mad mad world" JW was in that in top form. I laughed through that whole movie. A lot of the old greats were in it. I was 7 years old at the time

Sad news. Jonathan Winters was a master. Right up there with George Carlin for me. Here are a very few of the many sides of JW. He was one of a kind.
