Are these pellets worth a hoot?

They are made pretty close to me and I can get a decent price on them but are they worth it?

I want some of them SOMSET'S!!!

Best pellet around me.... Unless your buying Horse bedding (pine pellets) but there over $250-$280'a ton. Somersets around here are $175-$215

Schoondog,
Saw a previous post of yours. Did you pick up Sets somewhere in the hudson Valley? Where??? One of the best I've burned in my first 2 years w/a pellet stove.
Looking at POK Lowes for PTL, AWF, and Nature's Own (never heard of but looks like an Energex pellet?).
What are your best places to grab your favorites?
Thanks from a newbie!

YA its gonna be tough. I was told Somersets were going to be a" fill in " pellet for Lowes in the Hudson valley. Meaning that when

pellet sales take off and they can't get enough pellets here from other (read cheaper to ship") providers they may send a few

trucks our way. With fuel prices rising I'm not to confident we will see many coming this way. I got lucky with the first load sent our

way. My advise is to check Lowes often and tell a few close friends to check often and pounce when they arrive. I actually drive

around the back and look in the fence area because the folks inside, well they just don't always pay attention to such things.
