Also, a lot of us, especially Smokey, go by the holy book of correct air flow. If it don't flow then it don't burn.

Lowes doesn't seem to have much left on Long Island (I could be wrong though) but HD in Bayshore still had pellets a week ago. So does Sams club, though they have Penningtons which are not the best but will do when in short supply.

You are getting to the end of the pellet season at the big box stores so if you want pellets, you better hurry up. Try calling HD and Lowes in Riverhead also, they usually have good brands of pellets too.

If you are getting them installed on Monday, there is still time to open up a thread here asking the best spot for the stoves in relation to the house and run through some of the install venting details. Better to get it right the first time.

Open Air Kit..
attaches to your stove in the back to the outside for Air to come back to the stove...
do a search on OAK...
[ lot of Should have vrs don't need] advice about it here... Majority though have an OAK with No complaints.
you should be busy here reading for quite sometime.
Keep a clean stove.... It's Priority 1....
If your OCD about it like many here then buying Pellets from Box stores would be right up your alley cause plenty of ash to vacuum up.
[HD pellets keep you warm as many other brands but most are ashy as heck and why they are cheaper but Ash is Not a deal breaker..]
called " Shoulder pellets"... look it up here.. Be a test later on...
when I 1st got my Harman I read posts going back few years every nite..
spouse thought I had an online affair I was on the Laptop continuously..
Being the semi-expert that I am now, she sez it was worth it...
One last thing:
there is so much Info here and soooo many pellet owners who are knowledgable that we all feel that WWW.hearth.com should be stamped on the inside hopper lid of all Pellet Stoves sold.

yes you would.... but it happens lot here.
many owners got told the same thing but after expirience with drafty floors and such, ended up getting one.
