Hello everyone,

Great site you all have here. Been reading for quite awhile and gathering info of which there is an abundance here.

Just had my new drolet eco 65 unloaded last night and looking forward to using it. This will be our first pellet stove after years of a wood furnace. Getting older now and somewhat broken down I can't keep doing 13 to 15 cord of wood and this is the first step in converting to all pellets. Looking at a pellet furnace in the next year or two.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and thanks for all the info and knowledge here on this site. Looking forward to spending time by the 65 and reading here with a cup of coffee on the cold stormy nights coming soon lol.

Welcome to the site. Cutting wood can be far more hazardous than opening and pouring a bag of pellets as a newer member just had a close call with a chain saw.
I just got notice of a new coffee maker to arrive Tuesday so with only needing to get the remaining ton of pellets home I should be about set after replacing some almost 10 year old venting on a Bixby corn stove.

Site has several parts to keep one reading by the fire.

My friend and I just lugged my new eco 65 down the basement last week. New 4in piping is coming Wednesday! Can't wait to fire it up and start getting the ducting together. Very impressed with the build quality and option the eco 65 has.

Welcome! I'm new as of last fall too....and wonder why i waited so long. I actually have the pdvc fired up tonight after a day of LBT, cleaning and stacking 3 tons of pellets in the shed :)
