A local entrepreneur was stuck in job he really didn't like and bought something like this and mounted it on trailer. He started out part time going to local farmer markets and fairs and did great business. He ended up getting a deal on a lease for a restaurant and switched to wood fired pizza oven (that he built) and has run it as full time job for about 3 years.
