can I use 2 90 degree elbows in my vent system like in the photo? I need to move my stove back away from the edge of the hearth so my kid does not touch it.

Is it pellet flue pipe?

I think the two 90s are fine for an offset.

What kind of stove and what kind of venting? Doesn't really look like pellet venting...

Yes it is pellet flue pipe. I am trying to offset it enough so my kid does not touch it and it is not right on the edge of the hearth. I have about 10 feet of vertical pipe above the 90's

4" venting right? Draft is better with the vertical but the two 90s will be a fly ash catch point. Decent clearance from the wall?

I would use 2 45s instead if you can. Easier to clean and less chance of an ash hump in the offset.
