The title says it all. My child touched the glass and my husband didn’t notice and fires it up. The prints came off but there one little line that won’t. Any tips to get it off without messing the glass up? Will it just burn off eventually?

Unless it is scratched somehow. But it sounds like some type of residue, so it should burn off or become brittle enough that at the next cleaning it will come off.

How does the manufacturer say to clean the glass? Whatever they say, try it next time it is off and cooled down.

What did he touch it with? Fingers and hands wont scratch ceramic glass its pretty tough but yet fragile. I have used the wifes greased lightning kitchen cleaner and it takes off everything.

Thank you for the replies. It’s a Harmon Accentra mirrored glass. I’ll go hunt for what they say.

It looks like a finger print or food mark. We had a table right near it for thanksgiving so that was my other thought.

Just wanted to update. I used rutlands and it came off. I use rutlands sparingly because I’m always afraid of scratching the glass but in this case it worked and didn’t damage the glass! Yay
