I have been dabbling around here and there buying, restoring and sometimes selling wood stoves. Mostly fishers. I like a Fisher. I ran across a Quadra fire today for 300 bucks and it comes with piping. They are supposed to be sending me pictres in a little while. Said it's like brand new and has hardly been used. The only info I can find online about them shows them to be pretty pricey. They couldn't tell me the exact model but said it has a glass front. More to come......

They are a well made stove from Coleville, WA. It's hard to say more without knowing the particulars. As with any used stove, look for signs of abuse. If none you may have scored a nice deal.

They have moved from colville now I heard completely out of state...

Oh chit, if it hasn't been overfired, I would be all over that. Before I get too enthusiastic, what model is it?

Here are the only pictures I could get. They said they could bring it to me for 200. Pipe included.

Honey bear included?

It looks decent. I'd go for it. For peace or mind can you have then provide you with a clear shot of the UL label on the back of the stove? I'm guessing it's a 3100 flat top, but it'd be nice to know.

The bear is required by code around here haha

When I look up the Quadra fire 3100 online the pictures I see have an enclosed bottom. The pictures this guy sent me has legs. Do they come both ways? What do these heaters cost new? Thank y'all for the information.

Good question. It looks like an older model flat top and I'm guessing mid-sized. The Quad 3100 (pre ACT) had legs as an option. The model info should be on the rear UL label. If the stove is in good shape I'd go for it. The price is right.

Here is a picture of the label. I ended up getting the heater for 180 delivered to me. And he even brought the bear.

Very good. That's a new model on me. Looks like a ~2 cu ft stove.
