Need a little help. Does this look like it would work out to be 25-30 face cords? Could get this load delivered for $1K.

That looks to be about 1.5 times what I get on a Tandem load 20 ft logs
and when cut split and stacked works out to 7.5 to 8 full cords
so extrapolating 11 to 12 full cords or 33 to 36 face cords
And even if it is only 10 cord that works out to 100 a cord or 33 a face cord
That would be a unbelievable fantastically cheep price here .
going price for a tandem load here is 1250 plus tax dry (so called)
this year sold for 350 and that's out in the country

So, 8 to 10 cords. From the picture that would be roughly 3 cords per tied down log section. 3 cords = 12'x8'x4'. To me it looks like one of the 3 sections could fulfill those dimensions (although the back load has shorter logs).

What ever it is it sure as hell is worth a thousand bucks. Gonna keep you and the Stihl and the Monster Maul busy for a while.
You will need a woodshed the size of Yankee Stadium.

The logs are 16 and 8
So if the load is 8 ft,tall X 16 long X 8 wide
8X8X16X2 +2048~128 =16 + 8x8x8=512 ~128=4
16+4 =20 full cord or 60 face cord
With out real time measurements it is all guess work
Over all that would be one huge wack of fire wood

Sure. Just adjust your cut length to make it so. A face cord is just 4 feet x 8 feet x anything you want.

It’s illegal to sell by “face cords” in PA, and several other states, for this reason. It is a unit of area, not volume.

My father in laws father is up your way, got a load slightly larger than that, and got over 60 face cords. Around 1k as well. Good deal.

I haven’t bought wood in a few years, but if I did I’d take this for a grand any day. Just eyeballing the photo it’s probably close to 10 cord or more. So $100/cord logs delivered is pretty good. It’ll keep ya busy, that’s for sure!

Take a look at the ADD -Under the picture states that logs are 8 - 16 FT.
Looks like 2 @ 16 Ft 1 @ 8 Ft
Then again it is a picture only way to really tell is be there
