called Samsung went by zip code. that place finally got hold of said he has never put in a Samsung unit etc. tried Samsung again giving diff zip codes. etc. called other dealers not one will get back. They all are prob installers.
Back in 2002 when bought that dealership in ky. no longer is a dealership. no help. He is talking to someone now. The actual remote control has a sticker on top say " ARH-415".. It the remote will jog betweenHeat cool and Automatic. it will not all show temperature. He tried the unit itself. Getting on a ladder. No change
any ideas.
years ago brother(in the trades formerly) helped install. Hubby did the grunt work also. brother just checked the work.
