I would say so. Lot's of leaflets (11+) - http://bioimages.vanderbilt.edu/tree-key/hickory-key.htm
The bark looks right for pecan too - more scaley & flakey than other hickories with salmon tinge.
We don't have many pecan in SW Ohio, but we've got a small one planted out back (15 leaflets typical).
There are not enough pecan in the area to cross-pollinate, so will need to plant another one, then perhaps in another 10 years it will start producing nuts.
