Bought a Hampton GC60 two years ago. Was all excited it was my first pellet stove and a darn nice expensive one.

The stove looked great and worked well for two years and the next month that the warranty ran out the stove went down hill and needed lots of repairs.

I was told to call the distributor that sold it to me so I had them come out due to the auger chain slipping off all the time. They tried to fix it and they even had to call the manufacturer for help. It was a night mare for what to seem like a simple issue. They replaced a sprocket wheel and it worked for a day then broke again. They came out again and said it was the chai it was too old. I laughed and then the manufacturer said to walk away from the customer that it was not professionally installed and that is what caused it.

Well after looking it over I found the issue and fixed it myself and it worked for a couple months then the mother board went.

Bottom line is that it is the worse stove ever and the distributor had no real training on it and the manufacturer wanted to just walk away.

I would never recommend this company or stove to anyone. Look elsewhere for a better one and do a lot of research before buying. The good thing is I got $25.00 for it at the scrap yard. Lol

Sorry you didn't find this site earlier. A Google search shows there were all kinds of threads on the less-than-optimum performance of this stove.
