Craft Stove FS300

I currently own and still use a Craft Stove FS300. It has been operational for over 30 years and was installed with the correct clearances. My label has deteriorated to the point of not being able to read the clearances and my new chimney sweep needs to confirm that the clearances are correct.

I am looking for anyone who has a FS300 with a good UL label who would be willing to send me a picture of it or someone who has an old brochure.
