I have a 4 year old hudson river kinderhook pellet stove. Burned beautiful for 3 seasons. Last year it started burning very dirty. Fills up burn pot with ash and clinker in 5 to 8 hours. Appears to burn somewhat lazy as well. Ive messed with settings and tore the stove down for a cleaning....problem persists....help me! Thank you....

2 obvious reasons - 1) stove and exhaust is still dirty some place, or 2) the pellets are trash.
I'd do another good cleaning, do the leaf blower trick and see what happens. Maybe break out the long brushes and work then into the exhaust channels, then do the leaf blower trick.

I agree with trying to clean it again or switching pellets. I ripped my old stove apart several times and it ended up being in the exhaust pipe.
Try to look at the blower as well. It might sound normal, but might be barely turning.
