Lot of possibilities are possible. Is the auger turning or the auger motor? Could be a pellet jam, excessive dust jamming it etc. What stove is this in? Pellets could be bridging at the drop tube (if this is a top feed stove). Gotta prob pull the auger and see if jammed.
 
Have you verified that the auger turns ? just because you hear the
motor turn does not mean the auger turns . Remove the pellets and look !
