my new pelpro 60 is a good stove and I know there is a lot to learn.Got it crankin in here yesterday then backs it down and just started like gonna shut down.I did shut it off and remember to unplug it which is hard to do .A lot of pellets in firebox so had to dump it.i know to read the book but can you periodically open door and stir the pot cause otherwise gonna be shutting it off everyday.

What exactly do you want to say/know here?
My US Stove has a auger delay button that stops feeding for a minute when i think it overfeeds...
Your manual states that it has the hourly burnpot burn off feature...which should take care of excess in burnpot every hour...

Guess what I wanting to know if the stove is turned up ,then gets turn to low but auger is still feeding a lot of pellets is it possible to open door and scoop out the hard crusty ash into ash bucket. When I had my us stove 5500m that's what I did.Have it on low today and doing betterFixin to clean good tomorrow before next cold blast.

Are we failing this bad in the United States? Please, put together a coherent sentence so people can help.

We be failing all about the place. Whud it iz iz whud it wuz. A full burn pot be all crusted up. Not good for the flow yo. Keep it clean, poke da hoes, letter rip. Jest my too scents.

Oh boy please...rofl...lets get back to the subject...
Normally you dont open the stove while running...
And when your baby is feeding so much pellets, you should consider fine tune it...
According to your manual of the stove their is only this knob, but i cannot believe that there are no fine tune options around...like pellets per min settings...
What happened to the old stove?

If the PP60 is like the PP130 (which I have) then there are only two controls... (1) a comfort dial which allows one to select LOW constant (indicated by a steady amber light), then a lowest "thermostat controlled" series of temps starting at about 65f and rising to about 85f as one turns the Comfort Dial clockwise..at the clockwise limit the stove goes into HIGH constant. Both low and high will run till the stove runs out of pellets...no shut-off at a given temp.
There is no "fine tuning" of the minimum feed rate (nor the max)... however there is a (2) TRIM switch below the Comfort dial that allows some air volume control to get a clean burn (see the manual for a better explanation of that feature).
In my case I shut the stove down every 48-72 hrs (mine holds 72 hrs fuel on low constant) to clean the interior including the burn pot. I DO NOT operate the stove with the door open.
I bought an ash vac on Amazon and accomplish this in 5 minutes or so (with a cool stove). I use the leaf blower deep clean method every 14 days or so... just cause I can when the Wx warms to anywhere above -20c of so ( we've had weeks of -30c and colder here)..
My 2 cents worth if you ask...and I know you didn't.. the PP series are great stoves but they lack sophisticated fine tuning controls which many would like...however ...for simple operation iithey are ideal.
