The original location was in the back...then a year or two in they moved them up top, in the center right above the center HX tube

I thanks for reply, I first got mine it had it on the back the draft had to be open all the way just to get the blower to cut in I call sbi they sent me a new thermodisc was still the same way I call sbi again they said they charge it and sent me the kit, I installed it but the blower is always going don't stop at all onless the fire is almost gone out. I thought it would cut out and let the heat build up a little and get in again. Does yours cut out at all if the draft is open.

I have a 24×36 split level home and my wood is 16 to 20% on moisture meter. I have to have drafter open to get any heat .

That's good, you don't want that blower kicking on/off all the time...and that is a much more common problem than the one you have.
Did you test the inside or outside of the wood...it has to be room temp and then re-split it, test the middle of the fresh face of the splits with the pins running parallel to the grain.
Sure sounds like a wet wood issue...at least initially.
Cleaned your HX tubes lately?
Check to make sure your baffle is in place too.

@harleyhog what's the serial number on your unit? It sounds like an old unit, that you haven't had this problem on before? Is it a new-to-you furnace, or did the problem recently start?
Hi double b the serial number is 208 I purchase it brand new the first time I got it u had to have the drafter open all the way there was lots of heat in the fire box the blower would cut in but for only for few mins. I burn a lot of wood because I had to leave the drafter open not because the wood was wet of was lots of heat just to get the blower to cut in. , like I said in other post I call sbi they sent me a new thermodisc but no differents , the thermodisc was located on the back of the furnace I called sbi again then they told me they changed the location to top of the furnace and sent the kit now the furnace seem it cuts in to early when u put the fire in and the heat is not really hot the air seem not to be that warm when cuts in and hardly ever cuts out even if the fire drops down . I think the thermodisc is cutting in blowe before it should.

Thanks I didnt know u could get them u got yours on top or on the back
Well, I'm actually not using the Tundra anymore...but when I was, I liked the top position for the switch better.
There is a ton of info about all of this in "the big Tundra thread"...click the link below...grab a beverage and get comfy, lotta readin there...

Believe me, you could do much worse.. like any of the current shelter or fire chief furnaces. Like mentioned, check out the big Tundra thread. With dry wood, and a bit of fine tuning ( some simple extra controls) they can be pretty good. A turn key furnace that is better prices out at $5k +

Mine supplies 90% of my heat needs for 3400 sq ft in wind blown south central Minnesota.

I guess u are right there. I say the adjustable snap disc will do the trick. I'm in newfoundland canada here now it's -25 with the wind chill

No not at all...once I did the temp and speed controls on it I really liked it. Just stumbled onto a deal for a kuuma so I went that way for several reasons.

A few weeks ago, I think the wind chill was in the -50's. The Tundra could not keep up but still no propane burned. I just fire up a free standing stove installed in a fireplace to supplement.

Are you able to get hot air when the fire is at its peak? If you are able to get hot air, then the cooler air you describe is probably at the beginning and end of the burn cycle, which is normal. If you are not able to ever get hot air, then you probably have a different problem than the thermodisk.

If so, @brenndatomu 's suggestions are a good place to start.

Let's hope it's not a hidden problem like when Brenn search weeks to finally find part of the heat exchanger wasn't welded and prevented him from getting hot air.

Yes I can get heat when it's burning good but it seems that the blower cuts in to early first when furnace is lite in before the furnace gets a all of heat, the air is even not that warm

That quite possibly is just normal operation. Some others on here that have had older furnaces said those things burned really hot (and short), and feel that the Tundra blows cooler because it just cruises slowly along.

What speed is your blower on (1-4)? The higher the speed, the cooler the air could feel at the beginning/end of a burn cycle.

I'm think I set it on 3 or 4
