Lol Do you realize that a stock C16 cat has 800-1000 ft lbs more torque and about a hundred more horses than is capable out of the biggest V8 Detroit made?

I’ve reprogramed mine to max out what the injectors are capable of combined with all emissions being deleted. I can pull away from empty trucks when I weigh 90,000+
Not talking about a Detroit the Mack V8 is a different animal

Updated my original post.

Ok so now you got #3 to play with and it appears your factory support is done. Now it's the time to either sell this thing, or take matters into your own hands to make it work for you. If it where mine and I was so inclined to make it work, a BD set to accepted norms would be the first thing installed. (.04-.06 setting). Then limit use of the draft blower to only start ups and once up and running utilize natural draft only. Flue temp monitoring would also be high on the list.

Updated my original post.
I'm surprised that they hung in there as long as they did to be honest...but as they say...doing the same thing over n over, and expecting different results, is the definition of insanity.

Sounds like "bridge burnt"...oh well, it was a was a bridge to nowhere anyways...

Honestly not sure what I did wrong on my part. Trying to help them out as much as they have helped myself. Really at a loss for words.

If they been reading here, I think even they are smart enough to see you are moving on to greener and more tranquil pastures...

They are reading here, I know that for a fact. I got an email response within hours of threatening legal action here in another thread. Last year they had a good Customer Service Rep. now they have an idiot that doesn’t have the ability to wipe his own ass without asking what he should do. Based on their responses to me they probably tell him to poop straighter so he doesn’t have to wipe more than twice.

A third wipe would be his fault for doing something wrong.

I always felt that I had a good rapport with the folks At HY-C. Wouldn’t it be in HY-C’s best interest to stay engaged, even if I were to purchase another brand? What if I got the same results with another brand? As far as I know, no one here has run their current line of units and another brand in the same house using the same fuel. IMO that would be valuable information for them and the overall community. The simple fact is several owners of the FC1500/1700 and Shelter versions have cracked their firebox. Most had early models of the units where the components still appeared to be in Beta.

Yes, I did receive a replacement unit, however since it is the end of the season and ground is so soft, it is not worth doing anything till this summer/fall.

If you truly believe in your product, then you should be 100% ok with someone wanting to test another product. After all, if your product is that good, the person will return.

I know this because I have clients that for some reason move on to other solutions, only to return 6 months to a year later.

They know my # and they know my email.

One of these days one of y’all gonna burn down your house with one of these units.

If you truly believed in your family’s safety you would be 100% ok with removing this death trap from your basement.

Come to find out the folks I have tried to reach have been away at the HPB Expo.

If you are in the Dallas area, it is something that I would check out.

Could it be they went home via Houston and stopped at the Johnson Space Center to share some of their engineering secrets with NASA!!!
Oh God help us all! !!!
