Quadrafire CB1200 FS combustion issues

Hello, I am having trouble with a CB12000 FS unit.

When I turn the unit on the combustion fan comes on high like normal. After it ignites the fan kicks down to lower RPM and fire is lazy and it does not heat the stove like normal.

I have already replaced the cumb fan and the control board. I think my next move is to turn the control board to #2 and see if the increase helps.

Thoughts or recommendations?

Yep,stove and/or exhaust has a restriction,everything needs cleaned.

Stove has been fully cleaned by an experienced service tech. Checked the gaskets and sealed the clean out door.

I assume you're referring to cleaning the venting and the components? All been done.

Turned out to be a combination of cleaning under the pedestal and significant wear of the burn pot gasket.
