Help! I have a Dell Point - Europa Stove GF75. About 2 years into using it (purchased in 2007), I broke a part in the Ash Extraction area by the Lovejoy. I was going to have it welded back together (would have been really hard though) but lost the part instead... I've called a company in Canada and several others locally. Attached are photos of the ash extraction parts - none are the one I'm looking for though. The missing part had a slight swivel. I drew a picture as best I could. Thanks for any feedback.

Never worked on one.Don't really understand drawing. Is it part of the shaft that drives the ash removal augers? If so,just get a replacement shaft.

Yes, it's a part of the shaft. But I can't find a shaft part to see if it has any other parts attached to it. All I could find was an extension shaft, photo attached, but it doesn't look like mine. That one has a "groove" that runs down it. It's a really good stove, so I'm determined to fix it. I couldn't find anyone on the forum that has the same model that's parting it out : ( Thanks for your feedback!

pretty rare stove.. finding that auger shaft may be tough. you may have to get one made at a machine shop

Well, from what i have researched, they were not a "good" stove, mostly because they always had poor dealer support, and poor manufacturer support.I think all you need is the newer shaft assembly, with the Lovejoy connector. You can try the last owner of the rights to build this stove, but i think they went under in 2016.---https://www.paromax.ca/dir/index.php?lang=en you can try here---- http://www.poolspapelletstoveparts.com/ and,you can send a PM to him,he used to repair them--- https://www.hearth.com/talk/members/lowcostheat.16619/

Exactly, that's why we moved it to the shed after two years because we couldn't find anyone to service it and the dealer we bought it from went out of business or moved. Thought I would try again after 12 years... internet has alot more info than it did back then, so I think there may be some slim chance I may find the part. If not, I'll need to have one made like Ssyko suggested. Thanks for sending the links - you're finding the only two companies I've came across too. Paromax still sells the exact stove, but not sure if the parts have changed. I left a message on poolsapelletstoveparts.com site, so I'm just waiting to hear back from them. I have a service tech contacting Paromax in Canada. Hopefully I can still get some $ back from my $3700 investment...Thank you all so much for your help! :)

Oh, is there a way I can forward my thread to "lowcostheat" member?

I have a Dell Point Europa 75 and have been using it every winter for 24 years so far. Nobody down here in southern Maryland services this stove so I’ve been trying my best myself. I need to find a lovejoy coupler, looks like an X to couple the ash extractor and the stove shaft. The company went out of business due to his death in Canada and my only source in Wisconsin is out. Does anyone have a good contact for parts for this dinosaur? Really it’s been very reliable for me, heats very well so I feel extremely fortunate for having a good one.
