Similar forecast in SE Wisconsin. Even for Wisconsin, this is a bit rare. Up north Wisconsin or the UP will occasionally get a foot of snow in mid May :)

That's just crazy...we have had heavy rains for the last 9 Fridays in a row, I coach U-12 soccer and we have yet to have had a game because of it, it's really bad now.

Looks like a nice load of Beech you got there!

That weather is here now. Still rain and strong winds. Changing to snow. I've already been in shorts, T shirt and sandals<>
Sounds likely we will exceed our one year snow record by tomorrow.

What is the record?

Snowing here. Cranked up the stove again last night and today.....oh yea the 40 mph winds aren't helping....

Fired the Oslo back up starting about two days ago. We’ve had rain, freezing rain and hail since Thursday. Followed by strong winds. Temps supposed to drop to 33 tonight. Gonna be like this for the next 9 days... It’s a miracle I keep finding wood to burn as our supply ran out a month+ ago.

What is the record?

It had been just short of 60 inch's. I understand we now have a new target;lol It's nothing compared to some parts of the country. For Iowa it's significant to get that much in a season.
