Likes: Heats entire 1900sqf open air design house w/ 30ft clearstory for passive solar. When set at desired temp the stove keeps the whole house @ the temp set even when in the -10 deg range outside. Burns even the worst pellets.

Dislikes: Cost. Blower and Auger motors are nosier than other units we saw in the showroom.

Comments: Stove had a bad blower motor out of the box. Dealer provided new blower motor and I replaced it w/o issue. Stove does produce more noise than expected. Noise is not annoying or enough to keep you awake but it is much louder than the wood stove it replaced and others we saw in the show room. Reasonable trade off for the higher BTU's this stove outputs. Burns most any pellets w/o any problems even pellets that produce a lot of ash or clinkers and would clog other stoves. Overall we are very happy with our purcahse and would recomend this stove to others with a large area to heat.
