Likes: The unit throws heat into the room quite well and has generally been fine.

Dislikes: Poor quality blower unit. Poor quality fittings (in the door). I simply wanted to replace the gaskets for the window and the door. The door handle's thread were damaged apparently during the original installation, making it almost impossible to get the handle off. And the torx screws used to hold the glass to the door are of extremely poor quality. I had four fall apart, two on removal and two on reinstallation. The door cam was also out of shape and so on.

Comments: Getting parts is impossible. I won't buy parts from the dealer I purchased the stove from because they did such a poor job of installation. Other Lopi dealers don't want to sell me parts, because I didn't buy the stove from them. And Travis Industries refuses to sell parts to customers. Leaving in Wonderland. After a week of chasing around by phone, I've been forced to essentially remanufacture the parts myself, which I am not really equipt to do. I did talk to three or more people at Travis, who refused to help resolve my problem. I talked with half a dozen Lopi dealers around the company and none were interested in helping me out - I should qualify that because several dealers would have helped, but I would have had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for parts, because they operate in the dark ages. This is well past the internet age. I should be able to order parts online. The dealers don't want to be in the parts business and only a few even stock some parts. I use this stove as my primary source of heat. I wouldn't recommend buying a Travis Industries product to anyone.
