Likes: Burns clean, glass needs minor cleaning about once every 2-3 wks.. Chimney still has no creosote buildup. Like the end-loading, don't need the fan except for quick room warm-up in the mornings.

Dislikes: Stainless baffle started warping in the second year of operation, MUST be replaced after 3rd year. Longer burn times would be nice.

Comments: We burn well seasoned, hardwoods exclusively (oak, ash, hackberry and maple). I do not believe we have been running excessively hot fires, but what else could warp the baffle, cheap steel? In our 100 yo house, at 0 deg.F, we have to stoke in the early morning hours to wake up to a toasty house. That's OK though because my wife always has to pee around 3:00 a.m. anyway.
