Likes: It was pretty to look at.

Dislikes: Everything else. Poor reliability. Low heat. Very noisy. Lots of knocks, squeaks, and rattles, with new ones appearing daily. Various motors and moving parts break down often, requiring expensive service calls, and continuous replacement of faulty parts.

Comments: Our dealer did not keep spare parts in stock, so we always had a long wait (1 to 2 months) for repair work. In the meantime, no heat. That\'s lovely in the middle of February, in New Brunswick. We owned the stove for 3 years. It cost us $5000 to buy and install, and $5000 in repairs and \"service\" over 3 years. Please don\'t buy this stove if you actually require a dependable source of heat. And all I can say about the dealer is that they should be avoided at all costs. We sold the stove for next to nothing, and we are putting in a wood stove (from a different dealer).
